TCTenerife carried out the unloading operation of the first module of the pedestrian ring that will be placed at the Padre Anchieta roundabout, in the town of San Cristóbal de la Laguna.
On April 4, the first piece that will be part of the large pedestrian ring of Padre Anchieta was unloaded from the Andalucía Express ship coming from the port of Seville. This infrastructure aims to improve pedestrian safety and fluidity of vehicular mobility on the TF-5 highway. This piece, with a curvilinear shape, weighs 10 tons and measures more than 30 meters.
Present at the unloading operation were Authorities from the Cabildo de Tenerife, headed by her President Ms. Rosa Dávila and the Island Councilor for roads Mr. Dámaso Arteaga, as well as, Mr. Marco A. Mena, Terminal Security Manager at TCTenerife.
