TCTenerife is doing its part by collaborating on the sale of lottery tickets to fight cancer. On this occasion, the collaboration is with the Spanish Association Against Cancer. This year, the draw will be held on April 11th. Among its many functions, the Association supports cancer research, focusing on projects and treatments for cancers with low survival rates. It also promotes preventative measures aimed at encouraging healthy lifestyles, and provides care and support to patients and their families throughout the entire process, offering psychological support, social services, and specialized advice. TCTenerife has obtained the “Healthy Organization” certificate with an Excellent rating. This certificate, awarded by Bureau Veritas, is proof of TCTenerife’s commitment to good management practices in physical, mental, and social well-being for its employees. It goes beyond workplace risk prevention, fostering a safe and healthy work environment, which improves productivity and the work climate.

TCTenerife continues to focus on the sustainable development of its activities, as well as its commitment to environmental protection. TCTenerife has received a 60% grant corresponding to the aid allocated to promote photovoltaic generation in anthropized spaces, funded by the European Union under the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan. This is the second photovoltaic plant to be installed at TCTenerife, this time located on the parking canopies, with a capacity of 246 kWn, which will mitigate the environmental impact generated by the energy consumption of the Terminal’s own activities. With this new self-consumption plant, TCTenerife will generate 385,537 kWh/year
