TCTenerife, a cardio-protected company

TCTenerife continues to invest in employee training. This time, the basic life support training course with automated external defibrillation took place on May 21st. This training, accredited by ESSSCAN (Canary Islands School of Health and Social Services), allows trained employees to use the AED (Semi-Automatic Defibrillator) available at TCTenerife’s facilities. This time, a total of five TCTenerife employees attended the course, joining the 12 already trained in previous years. A new stage for TCTenerife, with the farewell of Manager José Ignacio Uriarte Lecue and the welcome of the new Director, Diego Sánchez Ruiz

After 13 years at the head of TCTenerife, José Ignacio has decided to retire. With his departure he leaves an indelible mark on the TCTenerife family, grateful for his inspiring leadership, effort, tireless dedication and his continuous pursuit of excellence. Happy new stage José Ignacio! Diego Sánchez will assume responsibility as the new Director of TCTenerife. Until now, Diego served as Operations Director of TCTenerife, standing out for his commitment, strategic vision and leadership capacity. Hapag-Lloyd begins transshipment operations at TCTenerife

TCTenerife continues to consolidate in the port sector, with transshipment traffic. On this occasion, Hapag-Lloyd, one of the leading shipping companies in international container traffic, has begun operating at the New Terminal of the East Dike, TCTenerife.  This new transshipment operation involves several vessels that will allow more than 6,000 containers to be stowed.
