TCTenerife continues to focus on the sustainable development of its activities, as well as its commitment to environmental protection.
TCTenerife has received a 60% grant corresponding to the aid allocated to promote photovoltaic generation in anthropized spaces, funded by the European Union under the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan.
This is the second photovoltaic plant to be installed at TCTenerife, this time located on the parking canopies, with a capacity of 246 kWp, which will mitigate the environmental impact generated by the energy consumption of the Terminal’s own activities.
With this new self-consumption plant, TCTenerife will generate 385,537 kWh/year and reduce CO2 emissions by 99.46 tons/year.
